Welcome to The "SoulFit" Caribbean Weight Loss Retreat. This is a 3-day wellness journey set in the lush landscapes of South Africa. This retreat offers a unique blend of cultural immersion, physical activity, and healthy cuisine, aimed at promoting weight loss and overall well-being. Guests will participate in African-inspired rituals, fitness activities, and workshops, all designed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.

Your journey begins with a warm welcome on the first evening, where you'll be greeted with tropical drinks, followed by a lavish dinner.

Day one is dedicated to "Awakening the Senses" with a Sunrise Ritual that includes a serene beach stretch, cultural immersion, and spiritual connection. A nourishing breakfast is followed by a "African Jungle Journey," where you'll explore the jungle, learn about medicinal plants, and engage in mindful walking. The afternoon brings a "Africal Water Ritual," combining aqua aerobics with spiritual practices at a sacred waterfall, leading into a culturally enriched dinner and a peaceful starry night meditation.

Day two, "Energize and Empower," starts with a creative morning of local arts and crafts, where you'll make traditional drums, masks, and jewelry, all while learning about the rich cultural heritage. After a healthy breakfast, the day continues with a kayak workout, a cooking class on Belizean flavors, a beach bootcamp, and concludes with a "Lakamha Starlit Dinner" and bonfire reflection on the beach.

On the third day, "Celebrate Your Success," you'll greet the day with a Sunrise Yoga Flow, followed by breakfast and an exhilarating jungle obstacle course challenge. After a picnic lunch, a wellness workshop on creating sustainable habits, and a paddleboarding session, the retreat culminates in a celebratory BBQ dinner, marking the end of a transformative experience.

On the final day, guests check out of their rooms, say farewell to new friends and staff, and are transported to the airport for their journey home.

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga, meditation, and outdoor activities. Don’t forget your swimwear for beach and water activities! We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment for our wellness sessions. For excursions, we suggest packing sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle.

Guests should check in on Thursday evening so they can be well rested for the activities on the next day.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the retreat, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat. However, we do offer the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat date.
